Dar Al Ber is Considered one of the first charities in the UAE. It was established in Dubai in 1399 Hijri, 1979 AD as per the ministerial decree No. (23/78) issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs as a charity, cultural & social firm. Dar Al Ber Board of Directors has been formed according to the directives and decisions of His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai - may Allah protect him.
To achieve its policy of excellence and strategic development, Dar Al Ber Society’s senior leadership is committed to support and monitor the efficiency of the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) based also on its vision & mission of comprehensive expansion in the provision of charitable, humanitarian and cultural works, and as a part of its efforts to determine goals that meet the needs of all its related dealers to raise the quality of the provided services in accordance with the best practices,and in cooperation with the philanthropists to provide assistance to the needy & the poor through exploring their needs and spreading the spirit of brotherhood and social solidarity among the different segments of the society according to the values and humanitarian principles derived from Islamic Sharia & the national visions of the United Arab Emirates to ensure the achievement of its strategic objectives, raising the awareness of the Islamic culture, taking care of teaching the Quran recitation & tajweed, improve the standard of living for the needy & low-income people, consolidating the Islamic culture in the community, embodying the culture of excellence in all processes, developing the financial resources, meeting the needs & the expectations of all those concerned.
In addition to the audit & follow-up procedures that will be applied through constant & continuous meetings of the administrative review to ensure the functioning of the system in accordance with the standards required to achieve the satisfaction of all customers as per the objectives of the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) which requires monitoring, analyzing and keeping pace with changes in the surrounding & internal environment of the society, expected opportunities & risksmanagement that could hinder the achievement of strategic objectives, and to ensure the functioning of the major processes, and to provide the necessary support, and to overcome all the obstacles that might pose a threat against the achievement of the desired goals, together with providing a healthy environment for innovation and creative ideas to the human resources, and providing an appropriate, safe and correct operations’ environment of all concerned parties.
The senior leadership will clarify the powers, the roles and authorities to all the concerned in order to ensure both the preservation of the integrity of the quality system management according to what is planned & and the proper execution. It will secure the financial, human and technical resources to raise the quality level of the services provided to all the concerned.
The site of Dar Al Ber Society as a window represents the convergence of all classes with Mtaalmina point, in the context of our commitment to the development and promotion of all channels of communication between the association and the community to be together step by step.
تعتبر جمعية دار البر من أوائل الجمعيات الخيرية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حيث أنشئت بإمارة دبي عام 1399هـ/ 1979م بموجب القرار رقم (23/78) الصادر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية كجمعية خيرية ثقافية إجتماعية، وبناءً على توجيهات وقرارات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي - حفظه الله - تم تشكيل مجلس إدارة الجمعية.
